Packages
Advertising packages run for a fixed period. The price, duration and inclusions of each package are shown on our Advertise With Us page at the time of agreement.
When you pay online you choose either auto-renew or pay once. With auto-renew, your package renews at the end of each period for the same length and price, charged to the card you paid with, until you turn it off. We email you a week before each renewal. You can turn auto-renew off at any time in your business account (or by emailing us); your package then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not charged again. With pay once, your package simply ends on its end date.
Application and approval
You can apply for review first, or choose a package and pay online straight away. We check every listing; if we can't accept a business that has paid (for example a duplicate listing or a full category), we refund the payment in full.
Start and end dates
Your advertising period starts on the agreed start date once payment has been confirmed, and ends on the date shown in your agreement.
Social media promotion
Facebook and Instagram promotion is delivered according to the campaign schedule agreed before your package starts. We do not promise unlimited posts, a particular reach, enquiries, sales or search engine rankings.
Category places
We limit the number of paid advertisers in each category. Category exclusivity is only included where it is explicitly stated in your agreement.
Gold Card
The website build scope, number of pages, hosting, domain fees, ongoing maintenance, revisions and any additional charges are agreed in writing before a Gold Card is sold.
Cancellations and refunds
[Set out the cancellation and refund policy, including statutory rights where applicable.]
