Who we are
Teesside Business Hub ("we", "us") operates this website. [Add legal entity name, address and ICO registration number before launch.]
What we collect
- Enquiries and applications: your name, business details, email address, telephone number and the information you choose to send us.
- Business listings: information a business asks us to publish. Contact details are only published where the business has agreed.
- Administrator and business owner accounts: email address, name and a securely hashed password.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card details; we keep a payment reference, amount and status.
- Usage statistics: daily totals such as the number of profile views or website-link clicks. These are counts only and contain no personal data.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To respond to enquiries and process applications (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract).
- To deliver advertising packages we have agreed with a business (contract).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
How long we keep it
Applications and enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless they lead to an agreement. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law. [Confirm retention periods.]
